ere we would like to advise you on how to order our products. We are going to help you get a better understanding of the system of cooperation and to show you how to arrange the individual details which are essential for the production of your order.

 

ORDERING PROCESS

1. Contact us / Basic Information

Inform us about what your preliminary idea of how the products you plan to order should look like.

Send us the materials for making the graphic design if possible in the .cdr format (Corel Draw). We can also work with the .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .psd and .pdf (Photoshop) formats. If you do not have access to any of these programmes (applications) you can also send us the materials as a picture or a sketch.

  • personally at the company´s headquarters

2. Consultation

After we receive data about the order, we will contact you and discuss it together to address the details.

On the basis of your requirements we will create a proposal of a graphic design that would be submitted for your approval. The graphic design includes information about the design, cut of the jersey, collar type, selected font, colors, etc.

When choosing colors, please pay attention to the instructions which can be found in the technology section!

3. Binding order

After the final approval of the graphic design you will fill in the order form, under which we will start the production.

By submitting a completed order form the customer agrees to accept the goods and pay for them.

An integral part of the order form is the approved graphic design.

 

DELIVERY PROCESS

4. Production

For the production of any order, we reserve 2 to 3 weeks after receiving the binding order, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery and payment

Goods will be delivered within the agreed deadline to the address specified in the order form.

Immediately after the goods are dispatched we will send you information about the shipment identification number and the final price including the transport costs and the VAT.

Goods can be delivered the following ways:

  • personally at the company´s headquarters
  • via the Czech Post – cash on delivery
  • via a shipping company – we primarily use the services offered by DPD, unless otherwise agreed
  • via Courier service of the Czech Railways

Payment can be made the following ways:

  • in cash in the case of personal pickup
  • in cash to the delivery service
  • transfer to the account - goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment
  • on invoice – only in the case of a long-term and verified cooperation

Transport rates - according to current price lists of the transportation companies.
